Refund Policy

Overview At Candace J Co we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully as it differs based on the type of product or service you purchased.

Physical Products — Standard Items Physical products that are not customized — including standard planners, journals, and non-personalized binders — are eligible for a return and refund within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened and in its original condition and original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at info@candacejco.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions.

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrectly. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item in qualifying condition. Items received after the 7-day window, opened, or not in original condition will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the sender.

 

Custom Physical Products — No Refunds Custom or personalized physical products — including custom binders, personalized planners, or any item produced with your name, business name, or custom specifications — are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun. These items are made specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold. If your custom item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will work to resolve the issue.

 

Digital Products — No Refunds All digital products are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to digital downloads, digital templates, online courses, course modules, digital planners, and any other electronically delivered content. Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital product, contact us at info@candacejco.com and we will assist you promptly.

 

Service-Based Products — No Refunds The following services are non-refundable once work has commenced: LLC Formation (once your intake form has been submitted and filing has begun), EIN Registration (once your SS-4 has been prepared or submitted), Operating Agreement drafting (once your draft has been initiated), Compliance Tracking enrollment, and Notary Services (once a session has been completed). If you purchased a service and have not yet submitted your intake form, contact us within 24 hours of purchase to request a cancellation and refund consideration. State filing fees paid to the Secretary of State on your behalf are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a physical item that is damaged in transit or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@candacejco.com with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
