TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Agreement to Terms By accessing or using candacejco.com or purchasing any product or service from Candace J Co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. About Our Services Candace J Co provides business formation document preparation, EIN registration assistance, operating agreement drafting, annual compliance tracking, notary services, and physical business products including planners, journals, and binders. We are a document preparation and administrative services company. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Nothing we provide constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice. For legal advice specific to your situation, consult a licensed attorney.

3. Service Terms LLC Formation: We prepare and file Articles of Organization based on the information you provide in your intake form. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted. State filing fees are charged at exact cost and are non-refundable once submitted to the state. We are not responsible for delays caused by state processing times or name conflicts.

EIN Registration: We prepare your SS-4 form and submit it to the IRS on your behalf (Self-File option) or provide completed instructions for you to submit yourself (Instructions Only option). EIN issuance is subject to IRS processing and approval. We are not responsible for IRS delays or rejections.

Operating Agreement: We draft a customized operating agreement based on the information you provide. Up to two rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions may be available for an additional fee.

Compliance Tracking: We provide deadline reminders for annual reports, franchise tax filings, and registered agent renewals based on the dates you provide. You are ultimately responsible for meeting all state deadlines. We are not liable for missed deadlines resulting from incorrect dates provided at enrollment or failure to respond to our reminders.

Notary Services: Traditional and remote online notarization services are provided in accordance with Texas notary law. All parties must present valid government-issued photo identification. We reserve the right to refuse notarization services at our discretion.

Physical Products: Physical products including planners, journals, and binders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Payment All payments are processed securely through Wix Payments. By completing a purchase you authorize us to charge the total amount shown at checkout. Prices are in US dollars. State filing fees for LLC formation are charged in addition to our service fee and are collected at cost.

5. Intellectual Property All content on candacejco.com including text, graphics, logos, course materials, templates, and digital products is the intellectual property of Candace J Co and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Candace J Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
